The SELVANS was developed as a cooperation between Extrema Ratio and F.I.S.S.S. (the Italian survival federation). It’s a modification of the ONTOS – a military survival knife – designed to enhance its effectiveness as a civilian tool. A longer handle and a heavier blade enable enhanced chopping and cutting action. The improved survival kit includes: whistle, pocket chain saw, water purifying tabs, compass, copper wire, fireball flint and striker, LED light, 2.5 mts paracord and whetstone.<\/p>\n
